1. SCOPE

This licence covers the original content of this repository: the source
code, the page markup and styling, the generators under tools/, the
written prose, the figures, and the selection and arrangement of the
site's content.

It does not cover, and does not purport to grant any right in:

  (a) third-party software and data incorporated into this repository,
      which is licensed separately and is listed in full in NOTICE.md; or

  (b) computed astronomical values produced by this software, which are
      addressed in clause 3.

2. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS

No licence is granted in the original content of this repository except
as expressly set out in clause 3 or in NOTICE.md. You may not copy,
modify, distribute, sublicense or create derivative works of it without
prior written permission.

3. RIGHTS IN COMPUTED OUTPUT

Values computed by this software and served by the CycleCalcs API
(positions, phases, rise and set times, twilight, eclipse circumstances,
conjunctions, seasons, aspect angles, house cusps, zodiacal placements
and every other quantity derived by calculation) are facts about the
physical universe. CycleCalcs LLC asserts no copyright
and no database right in those computed values, and to the extent any
such right exists it is dedicated to the public domain under CC0 1.0
Universal (https://creativecommons.org/publicdomain/zero/1.0/).

You may use, store, publish, redistribute and build commercial products
on those computed values without restriction and without attribution.

This clause does not extend to values derived from third-party reference
catalogues. Those are identified per endpoint in the API's attribution
response and in NOTICE.md, and carry the terms recorded there.

4. TRADE MARKS

Nothing in this licence grants any right to use the name CycleCalcs, the
cyclecalcs.com domain, or any CycleCalcs logo or wordmark.

5. NO WARRANTY

THIS SOFTWARE AND ITS OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF
ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES
OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND
NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COPYRIGHT HOLDER BE LIABLE FOR ANY
