The eclipse lands in your calendar app with alarms attached, from the day before down to the final minutes, timed for your coordinates rather than a city near them. Apple Calendar fires them as written; Google and Outlook apply their own reminder rules.

Margin matters as much as timing, so the document also computes how far you are from the edge of the path, what a short drive toward the center line buys, and the nearest towns with full free pages. The method is the one behind every tool on this site.

What exactly do I get for $9?

What if my plans move?

What if my spot turns out to have no totality?

The document says so, honestly, before you travel: it states the partial percentage, that filters never come off there, how far the edge of the path is, and how much totality a drive past that edge buys, computed at three real distances along your meridian. The free preview above gives the same verdict before you pay.

How accurate are the times?

Contact times are computed for your exact coordinates at sea level with a mean lunar limb (the Moon's average edge, ignoring its mountains and valleys) by the same open-source engine behind every page on this site; lunar limb corrections shift the start and end of totality by a second or two either way. Moving a few kilometres matters more than any correction, which is why the document also computes your margin. The method and its measured accuracy against JPL Horizons are public at methodology and accuracy.

Do I need an account?

No, and there isn't one to create. After paying you land on a page holding all three files, and that page's address is your private link back: bookmark it and you can download again or regenerate for different coordinates any time until 1 October 2027. If you lose it, email info@cyclecalcs.com from the address you paid with and we will send it back.

What about clouds?

No document can move them, and this one does not pretend to: it contains no weather data, only geometry and time. What it gives you against clouds is mobility. Regeneration is free for any coordinates until 1 October 2027, so when the forecast firms up in the final days you can recompute the plan, the field card and the alarms for wherever the sky looks best and drive with numbers rather than guesses.
